We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services.

A Compliance Administrator supports the Validation Team with ensuring the business adheres to policies and procedures relating to each programme's requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the company conforms to the key items of contractual compliance
  • Liaising across the business to resolve queries and support operations
  • Coaching front line delivery staff where necessary
  • Supporting in the preparation for audits

This is a part time role, Monday-Friday, 12:30-4:30pm

Required skills and experience
  • Experience gained in a fast paced environment of the manipulation of data.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel; and intermediate knowledge of other Office packages.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Previous telephone or face to face customer service experience
  • Demonstrable experience in building relationships with internal stakeholder
  • Minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.

Desirable Personal Attributes
  • Experience of working in the welfare to work sector
  • Previous experience of working in a compliance function
  • Experience of providing a high quality advisory service to internal customers
