Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, in their search for a Payroll Manager to work in their leading facility in Newtown.

For the successful Payroll Manager our client is offering:
i. £30,000 - £40,000 Per annum + Car Allowance
ii. 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday
iii. Permanent Position

The role - Payroll Manager:

Reporting to the head of HR, this key role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the U.K and Republic of Ireland payroll for their 3000 employees.

What our client is looking for in a Payroll Manager:

i. Must have a successful track record of managing multiple payroll (Ideally in a multi-site, high volume environment)
ii. A CIPP qualification or similar would be advantageous
iii. PC literate with advanced Excel skills
iv. You must have an eye for details and the ability to produce various payroll reports and other management information

Extensive payroll, pensions, benefits, administration and systems knowledge is required, together with a detailed understanding of HMRC legislation. Experience of using the SD Worx payroll software is desirable.

Previous experience of managing a payroll team is a prerequisite for this role combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate your team and other colleagues to meet strict statutory and payroll deadlines is essential.
