A strong financial footing is essential for the health and strength of our business. The finance team play many crucial roles at Bruntwood from ensuring we have a strong cashflow to assisting the property teams with effective financial forecasting for our long term future.

Our Transactional Finance team has gone through a period of change, working with a new system and adapting the way they work. To support us with this we have an opportunity for a Billing Finance Assistant to join us until March 2020.

In this Billing Finance Assistant role, you'll work with the data in our systems to make sure that the invoices for your area are accurately raised and issued.

As Billing Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Processing all changes to leases and licence deals into our Finance system (FinancialForce) in an accurate and timely way.

Checking all billing data and raising quarterly and monthly demands as well as ad hoc recharges.

Building strong relationships with the right people so you have up to date knowledge of changes and can make sure the Salesforce system data outputs are correct.

Responding to customer queries in the right way and taking a customer focused approach in the way you work.

Work closely with the Credit Control and Cash Team to ensure the debtors ledger is maintained and kept up to date with all billing.

Supporting the Billing Supervisor and the wider team in the further development of FinancialForce.

Consistently challenge business processes and drive for efficiencies through standardisation, automation and innovative solutions.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is an excellent communicator, able to build strong working relationships and who is capable of challenging the way we do things.

Ideally someone with experience of reviewing contracts and data entry

You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail

You will have good GCSE passes including Maths and English

You will be confident using different IT systems and applications ie Excel
