A well-established software business are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join there established team.

The business already has a very strong customer-base throughout the the UK, with much recent success. Due to a number of new client wins, they are looking for the latest member of their team to support new and existing customers.

This will suit a Service Desk Analyst with a solid technical 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support history and desire to support accounting systems.

The Successful service desk Analyst will have:

Windows 10 experience
Office 365
Active Directory
Solid technical 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support history
