You will be supporting the organisation to promote their recruitment campaigns, identifying and recommending the best opportunities to increase the organisation's reputation utilising all social media platforms.

You will be responsible for enhancing the organisation's external reputation as a great employer, using video and case studies to promote their reputation across social media.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working with recruiting managers to create exciting social media campaigns for jobs - using LinkedIn , Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites
Developing and delivering social media campaigns to drive recruitment and increase direct applications.
Increasing social media presence and producing compelling content about the organisation
Promote the organisation's reputation as a fantastic local employer, utilising marketing tools social media platforms

Skills and Experience:

You will have good communication, IT and interpersonal skills, be creative and innovative.
Knowledge of Glassdoor will be helpful to raise their profile as an employer
Demonstrable relevant experience working as a social media marketer; actively promoting stories and case studies across platforms.
Demonstrable experience of running recruitment campaigns through social media
An excellent communicator with a high standard of written English
Well-developed prioritising skills and the ability to work to deadlines with recruiting managers.
Experience of working with social media.

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 pa
