The Company

On the back of continuing expansion this well established services business is seeking to recruit an IT Service Delivery Manager.

The Role

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to clients by ensuring the integrity of the operational environment is maintained. You will drive and lead change and service transformation by ensuring there are robust and effective service transition processes operating which support the achievement of corporate objectives and organisational growth. With the opportunity to shape a growing team, you will responsible for continual improvement in the quality of IT services provided via delivery of proactive problem management, root cause analysis, workarounds and permanent correction of service issues.

The Requirements

You will be a IT Service Management professional with expertise of leading a service management function. With a strength across Transition and Change and Release, you will be proficient of operating within an enterprise scale business using the ITIL operating framework. Though the role is predominantly tactical, you will need to be hands on when required in what is a highly collaborative culture. Most importantly you will be driven and resilient and possess a continuous improvement ethos.
