Fraud Administrator

ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting for someone with insurance experience to take up this rare opportunity to join the Fraud Department of an organisation based in Tunbridge Wells. As the Fraud Administrator your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the Policy and Claims Fraud Investigators. You'll deal with a variety of incoming calls, validate documents, manage emails, workflow and diaries for the team and update the Fraud systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning organisation with excellent career prospects. To be successful within your application you'll need to have some insurance claims or fraud experience, the rest will be taught!

Experience:
  • Experience within the Insurance or Fraud industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good degree of computer literacy and understanding of MS Office suite
  • Ability to plan and prioritise volumes of work
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
