The right candidate will be; highly motivated; able to work well within a team; have strong customer service skills; have great attention to detail and be a persuasive and confident communicator! You should be bubbly, enthusiastic and enjoy interacting with people?

Previous experience within a claims environment, or within a role with transferable skills essential!

Working within a small team you will; manage your own portfolio; validate and settle claims; conduct investigations; liaise internally with the fraud division and provide excellent service to all stakeholders!

Mon - Fri / 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 (according with experience)

Preferably Cert II qualified (or working towards).
