Revive Recruitment has engaged with a local, successful and busy business located in Chester to recruit a permanent, full time Payroll Administrator to join their team.

POSITION: Payroll Administrator


HOURS: 8.30 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

SALARY: £18,000 per annum

Working with a team of payroll administrators, the position will involve:
  • Completing and raising weekly time sheets, ensuring that all information is correctly entered to the internal payroll database
  • Issuing invoices and managing Client accounts on a weekly basis
  • To check and organise weekly payments.
  • To deal with payroll queries and complaints.
  • Organise P45's and P46's
  • Constantly working to weekly deadlines and schedules.

The successful person for the role will hold:
  • Payroll processing experience.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and prioritise
  • Be highly organised
  • A good level of mathematics
  • Good reporting skills and administrative writing skills
  • IT literate, especially on Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Numerate and good attention to detail
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to multitask

In return, our Client is offering:
  • Permanent position
  • £18,000 per annum
  • Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch
  • Free parking
  • 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays (which increases to 25 days with service)
