Are you a budding Retail Development Manager or someone who has worked within national retail accounts? We have an exciting and challenging role in our retail development team for someone motivated and passionate about quality customer service and innovative ideas. This role is based in and around the Bromley area.

Working alongside the Retail Development Area Manager, you'll engage with our customers and support store activity ensuring they always have the range that suits their customer's needs.

Here in our retail development team we're Proud to be keeping the nations eggs in soldiers since 1846.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their own geographical area and build strong customer relationships with our stores. You'll love networking and building on existing relationships driving growth and sales through category-based initiatives within your stores and territory. You will be confident in developing and executing channel plans and tactics to deliver on your objectives and be able to identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness. You'll be our brand ambassador and the face of Warburtons.

As part of the wider channel team, we'll be looking for you to create opportunities and harness innovative ways to add value to the wider business. You'll be passionate about achieving territory targets and sharing best practice. Through quality process and living our values, you'll build solid partnerships with your customers.

Essential Ingredients
  • Proven national or regional sales experience
  • Experience of account management and the ability to influence
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • A full clean driving licence and willingness to travel are required
