BRANCH MANAGER- EDUCATION RECRUITMENT, LIVERPOOL

Up to £55,000 basic salary + commission of up to 13% on your personal billings + quarterly bonus based on branch performance + health insurance after qualifying period + pension + 30 days annual leave with reduced hours in school holidays + free on-site parking.

Harrison Sands require a Branch Manager to join this Liverpool based education agency to manage operations in the city.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

- Managing a performing office, currently a team of 6 Consultants + 1 part time Resourcer

- Billing alongside management, with the opportunity to earn commission on all billings in addition to management bonus.

- Strategically grow and develop client relationships in Liverpool and the surrounds.

- Oversee all candidate registration activity, ensuring that the branch is fully compliant and liaising effectively with the national vetting team.

- Training and developing all members of staff in your branch, carrying out monthly one to ones and quarterly performance reviews.

- Recruitment of any additional staff members needed.

- Reporting branch activity and success to senior management and writing and implementing branch growth plans.

All applicants must have management experience within the education recruitment sector, we are open to your specialism, but are particularly interested in Managers with an interest or experience in SEN. Due to the client facing nature of this position all applicants must hold a valid driver's licence and must be able to work from Liverpool on a daily basis.

Our clients offices do reflect school hours, so you and the team will rotate Monday to Friday shifts of either 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm and will work reduced hours in school holidays.
