An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join this award-winning ethical retailer (a natural & organic health & beauty brand with over 300 stores across the UK and overseas) as an Assistant Store Manager.

What you will do
  • Help Inspire, lead and develop your team
  • Deputise for Store Manager
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Create loyal customers who return to the store time and time again
  • Be hands-on and get stuck in on the shop floor
  • Demonstrate products for customers, on customers
  • Meet sales targets, operate smooth and efficient running of the shop
  • Communicate daily targets and KPIs

Required Skills
  • Enthusiastic, Confident, Collaborative and Hands-On
  • Previous retail experience
  • Confident in retail processes and good IT Skills
  • Knowledge of Health and Beauty Products desirable
  • Confident in demonstrating beauty products on customers

The successful individual will work a 35-hour week across 5 days and will be expected to work Monday - Sunday. Being within a Retail environment this will include some early mornings, evenings and regular weekend working.

This role may suit an individual who has held the following retail roles: Retail Assistant, Assistant Manager, Shop Manager, Store Manager, Counter Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Counter Manager, Senior Sales Assistant, Senior Customer Advisor
