An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join an award winning ethical beauty retailer as a Store Manager. We are looking for an inspiring leader who can motivate and develop a team, deliver the brand vision, exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

What you will do:
  • Promote a positive, honest, kind and inclusive working environment
  • Inspire, lead, coach and develop your team
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Create loyal customers who return to the store time and time again
  • Demonstrate products for customers, on customers
  • Meet sales targets, operate smooth and efficient running of the shop
  • Communicate daily targets and KPIs

Required Skills:
  • Enthusiastic, Confident, Collaborative and Hands-On
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Confident in retail processes and good IT Skills
  • Knowledge, qualifications or a background in skincare, natural medicines and/or therapies, would be advantageous.
  • Confident in demonstrating beauty products on customers

The successful individual will work a 35-hour week across 5 days and will be expected to work Monday - Sunday. Being within a Retail environment this will include some early mornings, evenings and regular weekend working.

This role may suit an individual who has held the following retail roles: Retail Manager, Assistant Manager, Shop Manager, Store Manager, Counter Manager, Assistant Store Manager
