An Assistant Financial & Management Accountant role has become available for a leading international real estates services company based in London, with another 13 offices across the UK and Ireland employing around 900 specialists. The company's services include; broking sales, real estate management, valuation, consulting and project management.

An International real estate services are looking for an Assistant Financial & Management Accountant to take responsibility for ensuring prompt and accurate month end reporting, production of reporting and analysis of company performance as well as some ad-hoc project work.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Financial & Management Accountant
· Ensure prompt and accurate month end reporting
· Ad-hoc project work
· Assist with quarterly revenue recognition testing (US GAAP)
· Production of monthly department P&L's with variance analysis commentary
· Develop relationships with relevant divisional and department heads
· Production of ad-hoc reports and analysis baes on business requirements
· Completion of Office of National Statistics surveys
· Continuous review of processes, systems and reporting to identify improvements

Key Requirements of the Assistant Financial & Management Accountant
· AAT Qualified or equivalent
· Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA
· Exposure to SOX Controls
· The ability to work within a team and autonomously
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Strong written and verbal skills
· Experience using Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
