My client, an established property management business based in West London are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator and Office Manager to join them on a part-time basis to cover a period of Maternity leave. The position will be for a period of approximately 7 months and involve working around 22 hours per week, spread across Monday to Thursday.

The position is varied and will involve taking responsibility for managing tenants, sending rent requests, chasing outstanding rent, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner, banking, VAT returns and various other general bookkeeping duties. Additionally, this position will involve taking ownership of administrative tasks to support the directors, therefore a flexible individual with a can-do attitude would fit well.

The ideal candidate will have previous bookkeeping / accounts experience, a good knowledge of Sage 50 and strong Excel skills. Great organisation skills, attention to detail and a professional manner are also integral to this role.
