Job Title: Senior Account Executive (Commercial Insurance)
Location: Cheshire / North and Mid Wales / Shropshire / North West
Package:£40,000 - £50,000 + car, lucrative bonus package, package of other benefits

One of the most reputable brokers in the North West / Midlands are looking to grow their Sales and Servicing departments by recruiting two experienced Account Executives to manage a substantial book of clients, cross sell and develop new relationships and opportunities.

The Role:

-As lead Client Executive in the Mid-Market team you will work alongside the regional management to set the strategy, not only for growth, but also for enhancing the client experience and improving practices and processes.
-You will lead from the front on key prospects and clients, working with your team to expand market share through the acquisition and service of profitable midmarket cases.
-The role provides a route into management through a very real succession plan.


-An experienced Account Executive with a proven track record of Account Management and New Business sales within the commercial insurance space,
-Experience of any or all aspects of the Farm, Agriculture and countryside market would be welcome
-Whilst you will be comfortable with client work and able to lead from the front, you will relish the wider challenge of motivating, coaching and mentoring the team to improve all areas of the business.
-Insurance Institute qualification is preferred but not essential.
