A highly professional and established Tunbridge Wells based company, is currently seeking an Account Executive to join their hardworking team with the drive and resilience to meet and exceed targets.

Key skills and responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and advising on existing customers general insurance requirements
  • Developing commercial new business pipeline, to meet/exceed agreed targets
  • Obtaining appointments for Financial Advisers, Telephone Financial Advisors etc.
  • Creating effective working relationships with customers and other teams
  • Identifying and initiating cross-selling opportunities and activities to existing customers
  • Acquiring and maintaining knowledge of insurance products
  • Producing correspondence to required time frames and quality standard
  • Client reviews and face to face meetings

To be successful, candidates will need to have commercial experience in the insurance industry and be able to demonstrate professionalism along excellent rapport building capabilities. In addition to this, it is important that applicants are enthusiastic and tenacious in their approach to work with a willingness to learn and develop.

Candidates MUST have a full driving licence for this position.
