Then we may have the job for you! We are currently recruiting for a Claims Assistant Manager for a highly reputable insurance organisation based in Ipswich. This role is to provide Line Management support to team members and motivate them to meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regular meetings with senior management to report on activity and prepare performance reviews
  • Motivate, support and develop team members to achieve their objectives
  • Ensure team members are receiving appropriate training
  • Monitor team workflow and delegate tasks where necessary
  • Suggest efficiencies to improve working practices


Key Skills
  • Must have a sound understanding of the claims process
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Sound IT knowledge including Word and Excel
  • Effective leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to motivate a team
