Responsibilities
  • Financial reporting, tracking and producing weekly MI
  • Processing employee expense claims
  • Bookkeeping
  • Investigating and monitoring of account portfolios
  • Credit Control/remittance investigation
  • Month end support (High volume invoice processing)
  • Chasing outstanding amounts
  • Answering finance queries and raising errors to relevant teams.
  • Booking invoices to- Accounting software.
  • Managing accruals/ prepayments in Excel and-Posting up to TB level.
  • On-boarding new contractors and permanent hires - Setting up contracts, timesheet portal access (if appropriate), tracking compliance throughout the process - including tracking and report on end dates and extensions.
  • Payroll and Employers NI activities - commission, amendments and forecasts etc.
  • Support MD - PA activities
  • Support wider business with co-ordination and administrative duties.
  • Become lead of back office technologies - Website, Portal and CRM (Bullhorn). Arrange office activities
  • Helping to define, refresh and develop company Governance, Controls and aligned policies.
