Brand Marketing Executive
6 Months
£28,000 salary (pro-rata)

IQ Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of their market leading client in search of a Global Brand Marketing Executive to join their team on a 6 month FTC.
The Brand Marketing Executive will lead the global development and delivery of the Regent Visual Identity. From value engineering of creative to full development of in language toolkits to launch in all new and existing hotels globally.

• Lead the global launch of the groups Visual Identity. Including the launch of the Global photography guidelines. Working closely with global procurement and brand teams to support any queries as hotels launch. Lean into the Europe region specifically to support hotels on rollout.
• Support the regional brand team on the development of strategic brand plans by tracking competitor and industry trends and assist on the collation of information for brand updates and presentations to communicate with owners, hotels and stakeholders across the business.
• Support the long term strategic development of the brand by assisting on innovation projects such as F&B, technology, meetings and any other new product initiatives.
• Support the day to day management of brand standards including the Brand Standards regional re-write. Ensure all standards are fully updated in the Brand Standards manuals and online brand standards website and communicate any changes. Manage and process the brand standard waivers. Be the initial point of contact for any brand standard queries.
• Manage updates to brand relevant documents such as in-hotel collateral guidelines and templates, brand identity standards and any other brand guidelines (e.g. uniform guidelines, conversion guidelines)
• In conjunction with Internal Comms, manage all communications to internal stakeholders via Merlin, Brand Central, Brand Identity website, Owner Magazine, Sales source and via internal staff briefing sessions or other collateral
• Manage the budgets and invoicing process
• Update brand presentations on a quarterly basis. Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Prepare Awards submissions as required

Skills and Experience required:

• Graduate/Bachelor's degree
• Chartered Institute of Post graduate Diploma of Marketing an advantage
• 3+ years marketing, brand executive , or project experience in a global, multi brand environment
• Experience within the hotel or travel industry an advantage
• Strong project management & co-ordination skills, ability to lead complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Culturally sensitive, experience of working across pan-EMEA geographies
• Ability to analyze and interpret research data on consumer preferences and market trends.
• Excellent computer literacy skills (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Office, Excel and Word)
• Good writing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of internet/intranet technical capabilities
• European languages would be an advantage
• A self-starter but able to take direction
