We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant Manager to support our client situated near Alton, Hampshire.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with a small Marketing team, this role covers a range of responsibilities and would suit someone who enjoys variety. This role involves guiding the Marketing team on strategy and marketing actions, whilst working collaboratively with other departments and their partner PR agency to maximise the effectiveness of the department.

Occasional travel both domestically and internationally will be necessary.

Key responsibilities will include:

·Direct responsibility for line managing up to three members of staff within the Marketing Team.

·Working closely with the company's partner PR agency to gain impactful coverage.

·Collaborating with Marketing, Purchasing and Sales teams to ensure all marketing activities are executed correctly and at appropriate times.

·Producing promotional material in collaboration with the company's graphic design team.

·Liaising with suppliers and licence holders, ensuring marketing activities meet brand guidelines.

·Working closely with internal departments and global Marketing teams to promote sharing of knowledge, information and best practice.

·Analysing the impact of marketing campaigns.

·Establishing and maintaining relationships with PR contacts, customers and business partners.

·Organising and attending internal and external events.

You will have proven experience of working in a marketing team, ideally within a position of considerable responsibility. You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritise, delegate and manage your own workload. Strong project management skills and a well-organised approach to work are essential for this role. A marketing qualification or relevant degree would be desirable; however, it is not essential if you have the right skills and experience.
