Commercial Account Manager, Insurance

Your role as a Commercial Account Manager will include the following:

- Dealing confidently with clients both face to face and over the phone to deliver a professional service according to client needs.

- To develop a positive relationship with the client and build rapport, advising them how they can obtain better value on other insurances they hold or particular flaws in their current cover if insufficient.

- To build and maintain relationships with insurers, underwriters and brokers by acting efficiently and professionally to obtain accurate risk information and best terms negotiable.

- Demonstrate strong communication skills and knowledge to convert business and choose the correct product type and cover based on experience and ability.

- Understand the complexities and regulatory requirements of the customer, to advise them of their duties and direct them in the event of complaints resolution and arrange finance if required.

- To review and analyse existing cover and requirements in order compare and offer alternative quotes. To Provide a high level of customer service to enable retention and maximise brand awareness.

- Underwrite policies under set criteria and binding authority of the insurer as agent according to strategy and profitability.

- To visit new or existing clients to review their insurance programs

- To continue to develop new clients

- To deal with sub broker queries which includes South Ireland

Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
