With a keen interest in market leading, cutting edge technology and the drive and forward thinking to ensure all IT issues are addressed and provided with exceptional customer care, the 2nd Line Support Engineer will prove essential in the smooth and efficient running of this hardworking team.

Key skills and responsibilities:
  • Taking calls and sending follow up emails
  • Support with IT issues
  • Testing apps
  • Updating records on CRM system
  • Assisting Customers
  • Training on hard and software
  • Able to investigate into issues (why apps or drivers don't work)
  • Window logs - Operations system

To be successful, applicants must have knowledge of systems and have prior experience in a 1st line support position. In addition to this, you will need to be a collaborative team player with a strong attention to detail.
