Operations Manager - Aircraft Interiors

Opportunity for an experienced aircraft interior professional to join a major aircraft interiors business. You will be managing the day to day operations at their Heathrow site, ensuring workflows and staffing are organised to meet the highest standards of customer service, complying with all regulatory requirements and ensuring delivery within budgetary and time constraints.

Key responsibilities of this pivotal role include:
  • Management of the engineering and technical schedules
  • Managing staff, working patterns, training, career development and pay reviews
  • Close communication with planners and account managers
  • Liaising with the UK Operations Director to develop and maintain the department KPI's.
  • Coordinating?actions to ensure workflow meets customer expectations
  • Driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all work complies with CAA approvals and the company's quality standards
  • Production of monthly and periodic reports.
  • Liaising with operational teams to ensure the most cost effective and efficient solutions
  • Coordination with the group HR manager to deliver workforce structure and stability

You will have experience working to EASA Parts 21G and 14 and will be a form 4 holder. You will have excellent people management and communication skills. The successful applicant will have recognised qualifications in a technical discipline and business management.
