Support Analyst, Service Desk, 1st line, Entry-level

My leading, Leicester-based client seeks a Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst to join a newly-created support team, having brought their support service back in-house earlier this year.

Providing desktop support to both onsite and remote users, over the phone and in person, the Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst will be joining a friendly 1st and 2nd line support team, supporting approximately 500 users.

What do I need?

Whilst this is an entry-level position, any commercial experience the Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst has of providing 1st line support (ideally via a service desk) would be looked upon favourably.

My client operates a predominantly Microsoft environment, so experience/awareness of the following would be great!
  • Windows desktop operating systems - Windows 7 and 10
  • Office 2010 and Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Citrix
