Working on their multi-skilled Service Desk team you will provide excellent IT support and customer service to their clients.

What they need from you:

- To be able to hit the ground running with client support, with good team support
- Customer service is the key; you must be a people person with patience and confident communication skills
- Handle support cases from start to finish, even if you need assistance from colleagues to resolve specific issues
- To have initiative, be proactive and organised
- Great problem solving skills with the ability to see the challenge through
- A passion to learn and be involved with a progressive company
- Look for opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Support for their onsite IT support managers
- Senior applicants will be able to resolve complex technical issues and mentor junior staff

Salary £25,000 - £37,000 depending on your work experience
