THE ROLE

Leading a rapidly growing commercial analytics function, this role will see you shaping the direction of the commercial analytics team. With your key stakeholders sitting in Business Development and Finance your team will be undertaking deep dive analytics into partnership profitability and commercial opportunities. You will also guide expansion into emerging markets and build the foundation for new business growth. You will also:
  • Using SQL and Tableau to support the team's project load
  • Create advanced self-serve dashboards to allow easy access to data across the business
  • Automate manual process to allow for further time to be allocated to in-depth/bespoke insights
  • Support stakeholders on commercial decision making
  • Identifying areas for further analysis/challenging existing processes

You will be managing a team of 4

YOUR SKILLS

The most important aspect of this role is a strong commercial mindset but a selection of the below is also needed:
  • Strong SQL coding with the ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Concrete visualisation/reporting experience in Tableau or another similar visualisation tool
  • Great communication skills
  • A degree or higher
  • Management experience
