An Account Executive is needed to join one of the UK's best-known events venues based near London City Airport. Joining an established team of sales professionals, you will have the overall responsibility for supporting the exhibition sales team to achieve their financial targets and grow client relationships.
Hosting over 400 events a year and welcoming over 4 million visitors, from every corner of the globe, this leading venue boasts fully flexible event halls, conference & exhibition space, a multitude of meeting rooms and the UK's largest flexible auditorium.
The successful Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, playing a key role in developing existing clients and achieving fantastic customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will also need to efficiently manage the sales administration process. You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries and processing them appropriately.
To Qualify. You should be an Account Executive / Sales Executive / Sales Professional or similar we don`t mind, you just need to have a CV that can demonstrate:
- Previous sales experience is essential;
- A proven track record of nurturing and closing clients in a corporate environment;
- Solid experience of winning new business in the corporate event industry;
- Ability to identify high vs low potential business;
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external teams;
- A good understanding of the contracting processes.
