This is an opportunity to join a private family owned and run security wholesaler and the largest in the UK & Ireland with over 70 years experience in the industry. They have achieved this through their loyalty to the independent customer and refusal to supply DIY Superstores.

Your key responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive role:

- Answer the phone and deal with customer orders/queries efficiently and professionally
- Process orders accurately and in accordance with the customers requirements.
- Offering assistance and technical solutions to customers problems
- Collaborating effectively with other departments
- Completion of all relevant Paperwork.
- Building product knowledge and maintaining industry awareness
- Completion of Day to Day Admin Procedures (Back orders, Forward Data Orders, Out of Stock Analysis etc.) using the Company's CRM systems.

- Customer Focused.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and cope with changing priorities.
- Friendly and a Team Player.
- Computer Literate

Salary: £19,500 - £20,000 per annum with a commission structure in place

Location: North London, Parr Street (N1). No on site parking but close to plenty of tube and bus stations
