Hexagon Recruitment are delighted to offer an great opportunity for an administrator to join our established client in Runcorn on a temp to perm basis (there may be a direct permanent opportunity for the right candidate)

Role and responsibilities

To help administer the Quality Management Systems, assisting in the preparation of KPI information to critically appraise the performance of the Quality Management System. The role holder will act as administrator for the various functions of the site Quality Management System including in maintaining effective trackers and communicating/escalating issues around QMS performance for the site and its various functions.
  • Support management ofQMS processes and maintain logs and trackers:
    • Document Management System
    • Change control
    • Complaints
    • Deviations
  • Archiving of documents
  • Update of logs and trackers
  • Preparing KPI information for the site Quality Management System performance
  • Issuing controlled documents as required
  • Scanning all documents as required
  • Copy/issue batch records
  • General emailing and updates
  • Acting as initial point of contact for some customer/client related communications (ie complaints, PV reporting, regulatory authority correspondence, client audit requests for example)
  • Logging activities
  • Contribute to site quality meetings
  • Input into site wide forums to support quality and OTIF
  • Deliver training

Any other activity required to support resolution of quality related issues

Key requirements (qualifications and skills)
  • Ability to use spreadsheets
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write and follow written/verbal instructions
  • Good communication skills, and ability to write reports
