DESKTOP SUPPORT // 2ND LINE SUPPORT // SERVICE DESK // ACTIVE DIRECTORY // EXCHANGE // OFFICE 365 // ASHBY DE LA ZOUCH // 3 MONTHS // £100-150/day

I am working with a client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch who require a 2nd Line Support Analyst/ Desktop support Analyst to work with their Service Desk team providing both remote and face to face support. This a customers and clients facing role, so you will be expected to have an approachable manner and provide a professional high level service.

You will be required to;
- Answer Calls and log tickets within ITSM for incidents related to hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents
- Log incidents appropriately and accurately
- Provisioning and configuring Windows Operating system and MS Office Suite
- Replace and repair faulty hardware
- Provide high quality customer care at all levels
- Have knowledge of SCCM
- Manage and administer Active Directory and Exchange

You should portray skills and knowledge in;
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- SCCM
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- MSA

Desirably
- MS Intune

Successful candidate may have the opportunity to have exposure to Cisco call manager.
