The role

Marketing Manager
You'll ideally be within commuting distance of Hertfordshire.
£50,000-£55,000 plus a team performance bonus.

This role will allow you to demonstrate your abilities across a wide range of marketing disciplines. You'll be the deciding factor with how this healthcare company take their brand to market, working very closely with the board to promote the company in the right way. They know their stuff in radiology, but when it comes to telling the world about how good they are, well that's where they need an expert like you.

There will be an extensive budget for you to work with, so you can be sure that your hands won't be tied when it comes to making a difference. They have also recently started working with a PR company, a relationship that you will be tasked with managing and getting the most from.

On the subject of managing, you'll be managing a team of two marketing executives who will be working closely with you on the tasks you need them to. They're talented professionals as well, but they'll be looking to your experience to help them develop into the managers of the future. After all, building a world leading brand is a team effort, especially when exhibition season comes around!

The requirements

You will have a track record of managing a marketing function in a small to medium business.

·Degree in marketing or aligned subject

·5+ years experience working in a marketing manager role

·Experience managing a marketing budget in excess of £100k

·Track record of managing a successful marketing team

·A good knowledge of the NHS and UK health market

·Ability to engage with a liaise with all levels of stakeholders
