An experienced, professional Administrator is required to support this companies Customer Services team. They are looking for someone who has fantastic attention to detail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to work well under pressure.

The Opportunity

They are looking for someone who can:
- Gather and detail quotes from outsource supplies and enter the information into their bespoke MIS
- Raise purchase orders with correct information for the accounts department
- Work effectively with the Account Managers to set up jobs and input the information to create detailed job briefs for other departments such as print, design and production to use
- Be the spokesperson for the business by answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to the right area of the company
- Assist with data maintenance and complete regular quality checks of all work within the section to maintain high levels of accuracy

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator, ideally in the Print, Design and Mailing industry
- Strong skills in numeracy
- A flexible can-do attitude with resilience to work well under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, building relations with suppliers, clients and team members
