Salary: up to £30,000

Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri

Based on the outskirts of Skipton (complete with its own wandering peacock) our client is looking for someone who can jump in and get involved with this bubbly and down to earth team. Whether this is liaising with key clients and stakeholders and moving projects forward efficiently and to a high standard or joining their colleagues at local pub or having a catch up on "Sandwich Friday" this company will welcome you and your ideas - especially if it is biscuit related, they have a very sweet tooth!

Duties: -

Coordinate and liaise with internal departments, third parties and the client and working to project deadlines and ensuring projects are within scope on budget to maximise client satisfaction
Developing the project scope and objectives, involving all the relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure and manage resource availability and allocation of tasks in correspondence with the scope and the Basis Media Project Methodology
Develop and maintain a detailed project plan within Jira to track progress
Use appropriate project management techniques to manage client expectations, changes in scope, schedule and costs
Maintain active liaison with all clients after project delivery, to support, regularly review and advise of updates, upgrades of other new products
Actively approach existing clients and seek engagement with potential new clients using innovative approaches, to positively represent Basis and its range of evolving products
Execute contracts, costings ready for invoicing and ensure your own and client adherence with policies and processes throughout the project
Working with and training clients on our range of products
Report and maintain accurate client data and project documentation


Proven working experience in professional project management with a solid understanding of its techniques
Experience of working with senior stakeholders and presenting at board level
Has excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Possesses excellent people skills, has the ability to build strong relationships and is able to influence key decision makers and the ability to communicate on a professional level with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
Ability to 'think on their feet' with quick decision making and problem-solving abilities.
Has strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
A knowledge of current Talent Management software would be advantageous but not essential
A Prince II Qualification would be an advantage but is not essential

The location would suit applicants who live in Keighley, Skipton, Ilkley, Blackburn, Harrogate, Burnley and surrounding areas.
