Due to a restructure and growth, at the Trade Parts Sales Centre (TPS), Indian Queens, Cornwall we are now looking to recruit an experienced Trade Parts Sales Manager.

What will I be responsible for?

Ultimately, you must be sales and results driven as you will be fully responsible for the achievement of the Centre budgets, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, cost control, manpower motivation and stock management. You will also work closely with brand representatives from Volkswagen (UK) to ensure that Manufacturer and Company targets set for the Centre and the individual teams are reasonable and met. As such, you will need to be an excellent leader and communicator who is able to generate the required sales and profits while maintaining a bond of trust with our customers.

First and foremost the Trade Parts Sales Centre Manager be responsible for leading the sales teams to deliver measurable performance and outstanding service to our customers, to achieve this you will need to possess the following attributes...

  • Able to demonstrate leadership skills and build solid working relationships
  • An understanding of the Sales process, the importance of routine customer communication and prospecting.
  • The ability to ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines including Warranty claims
  • A real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
  • Capable of business planning and forecasting
  • Completely customer centric
