We are looking for a finance assistant/receptionist for a initial 3 month contract who is available to start immediately. The company are offering great rate of pay, with great core hours. They are looking for someone to provide a reception service and administration support to the finance department.

Main duties
  • Process Purchase ledge post on a daily basis
  • Check invoices against purchase orders and deliveries
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Ensure invoices are processed in line with monthly deadlines
  • Reception duties
  • Answer calls, take messages, redirect calls

Essential skills
  • Administration experience
  • Purchase ledger experience
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel and finance computer software
  • Good communicator
  • Flexibility
