Our client is offers IT technical support to a wide range of their own clients throughout Europe and the UK. Acting as the first point of contact in relation to support queries; logging and handling tickets, troubleshooting problems, fault resolution, escalation and follow up.

Training will be given for some who has the right attitude and the opportunity for growth within the company is promoted. Looking for someone with helpdesk experience your key responsibilities will include;

Providing fault logging, diagnosis and resolution over the telephone or by email.

Preforming the role of being the first point of contact for customers

Responding to technical alarms and service outage reports.

Logging all calls via telephone, email and through the inhouse portal.

Skills required for this role;

An interest in IT

Confident and professional phone manner

Experience in the following - windows server (Apply online only) R2, office (Apply online only), Mac/Osx operating systems, IP networks, office 365, installing/configuring printers.
