We are urgently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an exciting boutique Tech Consultancy based in Central London on an initial 2-3 Month Contract.

Rate: £110-£140 per day

Immediate Start

Skills & Requirements:
  • You should have 2 years within Service desk/1st line support experience.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer services, keeping users updated on progress with support incidents.
  • Provide technical support, answering queries via Phone, Email & Service Desk software
  • Good understanding of PC hardware set up & configuration
  • Troubleshooting Operating System general issues - Windows 10
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Maintain user accounts in Active Directory & Exchange Online.
  • Troubleshooting connectivity issues - basic network related issues
  • Experience in understanding how business application work and basic troubleshooting
  • User management - experience with administering AD, creating users, changing permission, disabling users
  • A sound knowledge of Windows 10
  • You should be competent with Microsoft Office 2016.
  • Windows Server Windows 2016 - Administration.
  • Networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VPN).
  • Apple Mac support - desirable.
