An exciting opportunity has come up with one of Blue Arrow's clients based in Grantown for a Finance Administrator. This position can be worked on a full-time basis or as part of Job share. Annual salary offered will be around £28,000 dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Daily contact with the Care homes to ascertain resident's status
* Creating, processing, issuing monthly invoices, credits and statements
* Use of invoice systems to manage invoicing for the home
* Liaise with external stakeholders
* Providing general support and complete ad-hoc tasks as required for head office departments

Skills required:

* Excellent organisation skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT literate (Microsoft Excel / Word etc.)
* Ability to work as part of a team or individually on own merit
* Ability to work methodically with good attention to detail and accuracy

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but full training will be given.
