Great opportunity for an experienced Support Engineer to mentor and coach IT work placement students in a live IT Support environment.
To enable them to learn how to handle real life, technical support issues working in a live Helpdesk situation.

The ideal candidate will:
- have recent and considerable experience of working in 1st/2nd Line Support

- have experience of mentoring new and/or junior team members, possibly in the role of Team Leader or Senior Support
