As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be joining a rapidly growing independent business based in a rural location in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who offer huge growth potential, along with a rewarding career in Digital Marketing.
Being at the core of the business, you'll head up all their digital platforms (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), overseeing the day to day running and performance, whilst managing a small team.

Your responsibilities will include;
  • Overseeing original, compelling and relevant digital campaigns for quality and ensuring delivery time-scales are met
  • Regularly innovate to maintain a suite of digital services that are leading edge, market competitive, engaging that drive business results
  • Act upon their Search Engine Marketing (SEM), (SEO, CPC) and execute as appropriate
  • Be the subject matter expert for all things digital within the business, sharing knowledge with colleagues and working consistently to raise the bar on the digital marketing delivered
  • Generate the right traffic to the websites and online content, and consistently seek ways to improve engagement
  • Monitoring statistics, analysing trends, whilst compiling and presenting informative and insightful client reports, making recommendations on how results can be improved
  • Communicate professionally face to face, over the telephone, and via email in order to build, grow and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Take initiative and show digital leadership with each project; striving for excellence, going over and above whenever possible/necessary
  • Ensuring all internal reporting is completed for digital services weekly
  • Working closely with the Head of Digital, their creative services to generate growth and engagement across networks
  • Produce written / digital content to capture the target audience

Is this you?
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, ability to produce outstanding results, whilst having good office banter (this is a must!)
  • Digital and/or Marketing qualification
  • Experience of leading a small team
  • Ability to produce examples of personal/ business social media channels you've been involved in
  • Knowledge of SEO and Email marketing
  • Journalism qualification or examples of content you've produced
  • Always has fresh ideas on how to improve our social campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of photography and some basic photo editing skills
  • Has B2C experience and the ability to communicate professionally to customers.
  • Highly driven, seeking an opportunity which will allow you to unleash your inner creativity
  • Has a full UK driving licence, with your own transport
