With global offices based in UK, USA, Germany & Hong Kong, this world leader in online product personalisation software are looking for a 1st line technical support engineer based at their Head Office in Macclesfield.

Responsibilities

- Providing excellent technical support to all customers via phone, live chat & internal ticketing system.
- Manage the escalation and communication of software issues.
- Deal with client queries quickly and professionally - retaining ownership until query is addressed fully.
- Verification, accurate classification and recording of queries into the internal ticket management system.
- Signposting customers to appropriate knowledge base documentation or assigning tickets to an appropriate member of the team.

Skills & Requirements

- Ability to manage priorities is a must
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar Technical Support role would be beneficial, but not required
- Ability to quickly understand technical issues & resolve accordingly
- Strong organisational & customer service skills
