ESG have partnered with one of the market's leading FinTech firms to recruit graduates from 2017-2019 with 6 months plus sales experience. They are looking for motivated and high-achieving individuals to join their Business Funding team as an Account Executive, with a start date of August of this year (although this is flexible).

Your focus will be managing clients through business funding process and ensuring they receive the best advice, whilst following up on leads and generating your own. This is a fast paced, dynamic role that will encourage you to push yourself and develop your skills.

Working out of chic and innovative offices in the City, our client is backed by the British Business Bank and is looking for outgoing, able individuals to join them. As a 2016-2019 Graduate from a Russell Group University, you'll be looking for an opportunity to develop and progress rapidly in a sales environment at a Technology / FinTech start-up. You will also, ideally, have strong extra-curricular activities and society involvement during your time at University.

In return, you'll be offered quick progression and developed training programmes, designed to support you in achieving your goals and development aims. You'll attend structured training programmes, shadow some of the businesses best performers, and be given clear and achievable targets to help you hit OTE earnings of around £40,000 in your first year.

The role pays £22,000-£25,000 plus commission, with progression to Senior Account Executive expected within 6-9 months.
