Our Client

Our client offers a range of packages to corporate businesses across the UK. From Sales assistance to training and events. Your role is to provide business support to ensure the smooth running of the administration function.

About the role

We are looking for someone who can grow and move forward with the company. You will need to ensure that all colleague and client requirements are met to ensure the smooth running of day to day business. Experience in a business support role is not crucial, however being able to adapt to the different challenges is a necessity.

You will work very closely with the HR manager and provide assistance to the directors. The role will be busy and varied giving you the opportunity to develop and excell.

This is a pivotal role and you will have sole responsibility for all monthly company invoices and maintaining purchase order records to track budgets. As well as following up payments, across 7 client programmes.

Skills

* Experience of Invoicing/Purchase order

* High level of interpersonal/communication skills

* General administration/office experience

* Strong level of computing skills (office/word/excel and database understanding)

* Meticulous and the ability to follow tasks through to completion

* Experience in Xero is preferable although not essential

* Adaptable and focused

* Ability to work towards deadlines (own time management)

* Able to adhere to GDPR when handling confidential data and company sensitive documents
