Job in a nutshell

To support the Business Intelligence and Pricing team with assisting in timely and accurate analysis and profiles on the competitive landscape, general industry trends and strategies to improve sales.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Apply pricing strategies and use pre-generated reporting to share with the team the outcome of changes to KPIs
  • Support the Pricing Analysts and Business Intelligence team with reporting, analysis and ad-hoc tasks
  • Produce ad-hoc intelligence reports and analysis as required
  • Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular and ad-hoc reporting, adhering to consistency and standardisation among various types of reports and reporting tools
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties in support of business analysis and reporting needs

Person Specification:
  • Interested in the automotive industry with a desire to broaden knowledge base across multiple manufacturers
  • Desirable to have experience within an analytical role within a retail environment
  • Ability to partner with others, identify/anticipate needs and proactively provide support
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database tools
  • Desirable to have experience of business analysis
  • Ability to identify, track and see issues through to resolution
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent written, communication and organizational skills
