Chubb Systems provides sophisticated communication, security and surveillance systems for a number of Europe's leading organisations and specialises in large infrastructure projects.
Our total solution includes unique design and in-house software development capabilities, integration, delivery and accreditation of bespoke systems to these customers with specialist security requirements.
What are we looking for?
Chubb Systems is currently recruiting for a Head of Service. The main goal of this role is to deliver continuous improvement in all business units activities, develop portfolio growth strategies and be responsible for meeting short-term business objectives while achieving sustainable growth with ever increasing levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Head of Service, you will:

Manage all aspects of customer attrition ensuring losses are minimized and that addressable attrition reduces year on year.
Develop relationships with key customers to increase share of the customers' spend and minimize attrition.
Develop accurate plans and forecasts for future performance that meets expectation of the Leadership team.
Ensure that monthly targets and forecasts are met and sustainable growth maintained.
Ensure delivery of the required revenue targets and meet customer expectations.
Improve productivity through a clear focus on: Sold margins, accuracy of estimation, net recovered margin, engineer productivity and efficiency and service 'do and charge' revenue
Set specific operational objectives / targets based on the business unit's financial targets. Plan and monitor performance against these on a weekly basis throughout the month.

To be successful in this role you will:

Strong management experience, ideally with a proven track record of delivering results with full P L accountability.
Commercially astute and ideally with security industry market understanding and or a service industry background.
Proven track record of operating at a senior level in an organisation with ability to influence stakeholders and manage, motivate and develop individual multi-skilled team members.
Evidence of delivering quantifiable results in a matrix management organisation.

Required Experience
A strong and credible leader, commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
Results orientated completer, articulate with excellent presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills, highly numerate with excellent analytical capabilities, highly customer focused and IT literate.
Able to effectively combine day to day activities with strategic and long term plans.
Creates an Engaged environment in which people are involved, included, and have a sense of ownership. Takes a personal responsibility for developing talent and coaches for success and for improvement.
