Our client successfully develops website software tools for some of the country's best and most respected (& typically large/complex) websites. The primary coding stacks they use are web technologies, C++, Python and C#. The unique web tools they develop dramatically improve customer experience.

This role is a customer focused technical support role - supporting these invaluable tools. The company's customers are known for excellence in customer service, hence why they use their specialised tools. With customers who have such high expectations, your people skills will need to be at the highest standards.

This position requires the following: -
  • Experience in a 1st/2nd line technical support (software/IT) role
  • Outstanding customer service/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to help setting up new customer accounts and management of them
  • Training customers on how to use their software tools
  • Experience with web technologies and HTML
  • Strong Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills are needed
  • Statistics report on tool/web performance

With the nature of the role being in support, there may be flexible work patterns involved after the probationary period. The role could also include some quarterly travel (likely to be London)
