The Fix are recruiting for an experienced Group Account Director to join our London based client.
About the Group Account Director role:
We're currently looking for a Group Account Director to join us and lead the team of account directors and managers and oversee all client accounts.
The role of the Group Account Director is to take accountability for our client account relationships, revenues and satisfaction, whilst also being the client lead for our biggest clients. Working closely with our Managing Director, you will be expected to be knowledgeable about our client accounts and develop plans to grow them.
You will monitor all client account status, revenue & satisfaction with quantitative and qualitative methods. You will report these findings to the board and wider senior management team.
As Group Account Director you will be expected to lead the charge in ensuring ongoing growth of our existing clients, through securing more opportunities to provide services to them and increasing revenues. You will need to develop considered strategies for each of our clients through approaches such as SWOT analysis.
Working with your team and the Project Management department, you will maintain a financial overview of all accounts, helping to reconcile revenue and forecasting future revenue. Additionally as a Group Account Director you will lead your team in its responsibility of ensuring timely invoicing of clients and helping to reduce aged debt.
A successful Group Account Director has the capacity to turn nascent opportunity into valuable accounts, enabling them to hire AEs, AMs and ADs as the accounts grow and justify the additional hands.
Essential of the successful Group Account Director:
* The last 4 years in managerial positions within a similar agency environment
* Experience in a similar client - relationship management role with the ability to carefully manage expectations and build strategic working relationships.
* Exceptional client services experience and a proven track record in developing business growth in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, control expenditure and P&L
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines and work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients.
* Good understanding of managing integrated campaigns involving design, production, logistics, print staffing and events
