CRM Marketing Manager

Job Description

This is a newly created role responsible for driving forward the company's CRM activities. The role holder will define and deliver a continuous roadmap of improvements and enhancements for CRM that is aligned to key business goals.

- Work with other members of Marketing, Sales and other key stakeholder to identify CRM initiatives and enhancements.
- Ownership of the CRM (customer) journey
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to create automation programmes
- Optimisation of communication opportunities
- Provide front line support for Sales and Marketing, in respect of CRM related enquiries
- As part of the Marketing team, you will be directly involved in all CRM related projects, including integration with email marketing platform and website(s)
- You will lead data capture initiatives
- You will work closely with the Marketing team on data performance and quality, and support the Director of Marketing to ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations
- Be accountable for the company's CRM system and be the subject matter expert on CRM
- Ensure stakeholders are fully utilising CRM
- Deliver deep dive analytics to maximise campaign performance
- Report and present analysis and recommendations
- Identify key broker behaviours through the sales channel to create operating efficiencies

CRM Marketing Manager - Key Accountabilities

- Be the expert on CRM
- Ensure user data is used in line with CRM and data management strategies
- Provide accurate reports to senior management to demonstrate effective return on investments.

CRM Marketing Manager - Essential Competencies

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience of being part of setting up automated marketing programmes
- Knowledge of data mining
- Creative thinking
- A self-starter who will take ownership of CRM
- Experience of working with agencies and suppliers
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- The ability to challenge the norm
