The Senior Account Director / Head of Social Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented Senior Account Director / Head of Social to join and lead our growing Social team to work across a variety of exciting clients across the consumer marketing space. You should have flawless project management skills and the ability to ensure client briefs are navigated through the agency, delivering on time and budget. You should also be commercially orientated and have a proven track record in managing profitable accounts. You will be responsible for working to client briefs and creating in depth Social Media strategy, so experience including audience insights, planning, channel and social content mapping is vital.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and manage and support a team of 3.
The ideal candidate will see this as an opportunity to grow and drive further our social media department, offering and strategy.
Experience & Skills:
+ You will need to be well versed on all social media platforms, as the go-to expert in this area - a thorough understanding of the Social Media landscape and trends is essential.
+ At least seven years social media experience, ideally agency side, managing social media campaigns; alternatively, in-house experience running regular social media campaigns by managing an external agency.
+ Previous experience of creative ideation for consumer focused social / integrated campaigns.
+ A deep understanding of all social media tools and a proficient user of Google Analytics.
+ Down to earth personality with a people-oriented approach to getting things done.
+ You will be self-motivated and a creative, strategic thinker, with a passion for communicating and collaborating with others.
+ Social media native
+ Can derive insight from data and comfortable manipulating and analysing data
+ Experience in funnel management, conversion and analytics
+ Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships
+ Experience working with influencers
+ Excellent attention to detail
